Living room becomes lounge
One coat of gray primer and three coats of “posh red” later, our boring living room has become ultra-mega night-club lounge.

New pics!
Here you can see the cleaned up walls, repaired floorboards, sanded floor and the new wall sockets.
Here are the outdoor wall sockets for the dryer and clothes washer and the hot and cold water taps for the washing machine.
Check out the new color!!!!
I had some more pictures but they mysteriously disappeared. The new color scheme is hello kitty versus goth hello kitty.
Black floors, gray paneling, black stripe and then hello kitty pink on the top half of the walls.

Kitchen
My son and I finally ripped out all the cabinets! Isn’t it fabulous? Well…we’re proud of it

Temporary Kitchen is “done”!
The three layers of vinyl and the yucky black undercoat are now gone from the kitchen floor (along with the smell thank goodness).
This is me scraping it off.
This is a shot of us trying out where things would go before I glue on the brand new ASTROTURF!

Bathroom is done!
Well, the bathroom is basically done. It’s missing a threshhold, but it looks pretty nice as it is.
We cleaned out the kitchen which was acting as a workshop in preparation for it’s demolishing! We will be scraping up the floors, ripping out the cabinets and then putting in stone tile wall to wall.
